Safety Advisor

Join as a Safety Advisor on an 8D/6R FIFO roster and leverage your mining safety expertise to ensure compliance and drive best-practice systems over a 6-month contract."

Details of the role:

• Roster – 8D/6R – FIFO Weds -Weds
• Start date – 18^th March 2026
• Darwin Based.
• 6-month casual contract

Accountability:

• Responsible for assisting with ensuring compliance with clients Health and Safety policies and relevant legislation, including providing expert advice to stakeholders.
• Responsible for providing support for internal and external audits.
• Responsible for assisting with the maintenance of site safety database (BSafe)
• Responsible for reviewing and completing investigations, inspections, observations, and hazard management.

Applicant must haves:

• Required - Cert IV OHS
• Desirable - Cert IV TAE
• 3 years experience in safety roles (preferably in mineral mining and processing)
• Demonstrated safety systems experience
• Knowledge of OHS legislation
